My wife has severe back problems. The sales reps we worked with were very helpful and professional. And even though we had some ideas as to the type of stairlift we were looking for, they helped and guided us.

The stairlift that was installed is curved, and it went from one level to a landing, and then curved around the handrail and then came to a second level. It took them initially two hours to install it and during the demonstration, they were very thorough. They went through everything.

Since the stairlift was installed, my wife can now go up and down the stairs without being in a lot of pain. The seat is very comfortable and it works great. The stairlift is very quiet too.
