I looked at Bruno and Acorn, but selected the Bruno. It doesn't occupy as much of the stair. They arranged then for it to be shipped. Once it was built, they made an appointment for people to install it. The installers were good guys. They did the job with no problem & it took 2.5 hours.

We had to have a permit and the chairlift people arranged for that. The inspector came & put tags on the chairlift with a number on it, which indicates it's been inspected. I was satisfied dealing with Bruno. They were upfront with price, explained everything & the installation went very well. I would deal with them again.
