I had two companies come out and I liked Bruno best. Their representative was very thorough. He looked at the stairs and drew me a map of it. He sat down and talked to me about how it would go. He also talked about the warranty, labor and the upkeep.

The installation itself was very good. The rep came, mapped it all out and took pictures of whatever they put into the computer. When the installers came, they laid out a really nice blanket in the middle of the living room to keep them from getting my carpet dirty from the tools and the pieces. Since the installation, I've liked having the two remotes so I can send the chair up or down when I don't want it in the room. It's been very convenient and overall, Bruno did an excellent job.
